Multidisciplinary Study Group (MDSG) was established to educate dental professionals about advanced modern techniques specialists use to diagnose and treatment plan cases for optimal esthetics and function.
This is achieved by starting with the ideal plan to recreate functional occlusion with stunning esthetics. Keeping the periodontium healthy while in function, maintaining the airway patency, and keeping the TMJ’s asymptomatic help to achieve long-term success.
By combining the best aspects of our four specialties we can improve functional and esthetic results for every patient who comes to us for help. Ultimately we want to improve the finished resutls for all our patients.
Dr. Geach received his dental degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed Prosthodontic training and a Master’s in Dental Science degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2009. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists.
Dr. Geach is a former clinical instructor and lecturer for the UCLA Advanced Prosthodontics Residency Program. He is also a former past president of the Los Angeles Dental Society. He continues to support organized dentistry through mentorship of young dentists and contributing time to community outreach programs. Dr. Geach maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and works closely with an in-office laboratory technician designing and fabricating restorations in Downtown Los Angeles.
Dr. Solelymani graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry and subsequently from OHSU School of Dentistry in 2000 with a certificate in Periodontics and Dental implantology. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implant Surgery. Because of his passion for academia, he has served as an associate professor at USC and as a clinical instructor at UCLA School of Dentistry for a total of eighteen years. For nearly a decade, he held a part-time faculty position at the “UCLA Advanced Treatment Planning Department” teaching and guiding third and fourth-year dental students with their most challenging cases. Dr. Solelymani maintains a private practice limited to Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery in Beverly Hills, California.
Dr. Alpan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific (UOP) School of Dentistry in San Francisco and became licensed to practice dentistry in California and Nevada in 1996. After completing his orthodontic training program at UOP in 1998, he received his Orthodontic Specialty Certificate.
Dr. Alpan earned his Master of Science degree in Dentistry (MSD) and wrote his master’s thesis on the results of a two-year TMJ research project. Dr. Alpan is a speaker and leading expert Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for many technology companies like Light Force and Propel. Dr. Alpan diagnosis and treatment plans customization into each smile based on the unique features of the patient. As a smile designer, Dr. Alpan plans each smile individually to the ideal, incorporating the TMJ, airway and occlusion.
Dr. Senehi attended the distinguished Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC where he earned his DDS degree after completing his undergraduate education at UCLA for a Bachelor of Science.
Dr. Senehi obtained his Medical Degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He also received extensive training in anesthesiology through the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UT Southwestern and Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. He completed his residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center/ Parkland Hospital, one of the most prestigious programs in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Senehi founded Facial & Oral Surgery Institute to offer his patients superior services with the most technological advancements in the field specifically Virtual Surgical Planning and 30 Maxillofacial Reconstruction.
